We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views both around the hotel and from our room. We were thrilled with the range of activities available for the children, who were kept entertained all day long. The hotel even provided bicycles for both kids and parents, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings. The food was top-notch, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. We were particularly impressed with the special food available for small children and the delightful chocolate fountain with fresh fruits. The pool for children and parents was fantastic, and the nearby SPA zone with hydro-massage and saunas provided ultimate relaxation. The option to book massages and body treatments in advance added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.

Stunning views, plenty of activities for children and adults. Bicycles provided for exploring the surrounding area. the food was amazing, with something to suit all tastes. the chocolate fountain was a highlight. A pool for children and parents and spa with different types of saunas, also massage and body treatments.
Taxis difficult to get after 6 pm or on Sundays. It is difficult and expensive to get from nearest train station to the hotel.

I had a great weekend escape with my family and we loved the environment. Our children had a blast participating in the snow sports offered and playing in the castle when they got tired. The food was amazing and we appreciated that there were options available for everyone, including special meals for small children. the location was breathtaking and we enjoyed the scenic view around the property.
Although we had a good time, there were a few things that could be improved. Getting to the hotel was difficult and expensive, and it was a shame that taxi services were limited after 6pm and on Sundays.
